Our Mission
Too many strong players never get to share what they know. Too many students settle for low-quality lessons because finding a verified, high-level coach is genuinely hard.
PairChess exists to close that gap. We verify every coach on our platform — their titles, their ratings, their teaching experience — so you can book your first session with confidence. Your first lesson is 20% off. After that, you and your coach are free to continue lessons however works best for you — on or off the platform.
How We Vet Coaches

Application
Every coach applies with their FIDE ID, chess.com / Lichess profiles, and teaching history. We review every submission manually.

Verification
We cross-check ratings and titles with official FIDE records and platform APIs before any coach is listed publicly.
03
Ongoing review
Coaches remain on the platform as long as student feedback stays strong. Profiles are removed if standards slip.
